M Hotel Buffet & Rewarding Myself

Stuffed myself with food this afternoon at the M Hotel's Lunch Buffet.

Paying just $20,I think it's a very good deal.There were six of us and boy,we ate so much!
My favorite dish is the Sirloin steak. So tender and juicy. Had a taste of chocolate fondue too.
*Pat my tummy* Got to work extra hard to get rid of this now!

Paragon Set Up

We did it in two days.
Don't ask me how we did it, but we managed to get everything up this evening at 9.30pm.

Damn tiring. I had 3 cups of strong tea and I still had trouble staying upright.
Good thing we could come into office tomorrow slightly later than our usual time.

Other highlights:
-Melvin bought us lunch at the Indonesian place at Lucky Plaza.
-Bought a 'phone' for 宣宁 at Mothercare during dinnertime.Winnie paid with her credit card and gotten a 15% discount.
-pretty annoyed with the pimple on the side of my nose!

Tomorrow morning is going to be hectic as well.
Got to check/put aside all Robinson Expo event IBTs collected from the stores today.
Might need some help cos the quantity is pretty big.
Let's see who will volunteer to help me next morning!

Flabby Arms,Flabby Stomach

Don't remember when things started to become flabby.I used to have pretty firm arms and much flatter stomach.

*Sigh* Working at the desk probably causes all that.
I'm not into starving myself but I think I really need to cut down my potion of meals if I want to tone up.
Even using fruits as dinner does not help much.
Don't like the way I looked when I was punching in front of the mirror at gym.
Instructor did mention 2 weeks ago that we should set a 6-months goal.
I did and that is to be able to wear without a top, just my sports bra and do not feel embarrass about my body!

I want to achieve that so, watch me!

Dr Ram's Hatha Yoga Vs Yogasun

Tried a different yoga class today.
Postures are mostly sun salutations or its variations.
Think I still prefer Dr Ram's classes.
Just need to find time to attend it on every Saturday evening at Novena branch.
Have yet to check out BodyBalance classes.
Then I'll able to attend 3 different classes per week:
Monday-Boxercise, Wed- Bodybalance, Sat-Hatha Yoga.
That's my goal!

Helping On D&D Is A Tiring Affair

Tonight's company D&D highlights:
-The Emcee was fantastic! Haven't laughed this much for a long time!
-Damn! I didn't win the Wii set!
-The chicken with teriyaki sauce taste good.
-Wish the aircon at the venue was stronger.

I'm going to be so tired tomorrow.

Do I Look Like a Uniqlo Staff?

After boxercise this evening, I went down to the Uniqlo store at Somerset 313 to look for a pink apparel (D&D).

While I was trying a pink sweater, this 20ish year old guy said to me: "Excuse me?"
So I turned and looked at him.
He went ahead and asked me, "Do the store have a M size for this?"
I gave him a slightly annoyed look and replied him, " I'm also a customer here."
He looked pretty embarrassed. After mumbling a fast sorry, he and his friend quickly scrambled away.

Just because I'm wearing a black tee, does not mean I'm a staff working there,dude!

Oh I'm all Stressed Up!

Work has been pretty overwhelmed since New Year's Day.

I've kept telling my coworkers that I needed 3 of me: one to do replenishment,the other one to do the paragon store and the last one can handle the Robinson expo sale!

I tried not to bring work back home cos I think I've spent enough hours at my workplace.Any more work, I will not have time for myself and that will be bad. Working out/biking/boxercise helps. But still,my sleeping hours are affected. When I'm all stressed up like this,I usually wake up earlier and not able to get back to sleep.I'm not the only one.Winnie and Jessica have the same problem too. Then you'll see us at the office before 8am, working our ass off till 8pm in the evening.

Sometimes,I wish I have more than 24 hours a day at times like these.*sigh*
